transcoding live channels php portal

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Linux using PHP and ffmpeg / ffprobe

-admin dashboard with login

-dashboard to show CPU ram io etc .. metrics

– configuration: transcoding profiles, streaming outputs and ports SMTP mail (to send alerts) etc..

-channels: add channel for transcoding input mpeg2, UDP, http, ts output h264 hls / rtmp / h265

** show list of channels with CPU/ram usage for each

** monitor all channels for audio out of sync / no audio or any errors and restart stream.

-restapi add channel with all parameters / remove channel / check status /start/ stop/ restart all / stop all / get channel list …

use sqlite to save channel log configuration etc…

installation script / deployment.
