Hi, I am a Human Resource Manager with digital experience. I have applied for a role which requires me to work to translate HR process and practices into technology training programmes. The best way to do this of course is selling the story. I need my CV to do the same. Just thought I would present it as a newspaper article that speaks to the role. I will be getting the job spec later today and have attached my CV. The role essentially requires the HR person to translate all of the great integration, technology, accuracy, speed and productivity benefits of the technology. The objective to deliver competitive advantage, through cost advantage, capturing the imagination of CEO’s, Directors, Managers and employees who will purchase and utilise this product to improve the performance of their business. The cost of the product will most likely be paid back in 3 years. The technology removes waste, enables organisations to move employees from transactional work to higher value work and also an audit trail and has integrated compliance processes. The article should reflect my experiences of this, should be uplifting and fun and a real story telling piece.
